Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence. This role offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in production, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement principles and best practices.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to address process inefficiencies.
- Prepare and present reports on project outcomes and improvement strategies to leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (required).
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies (certifications preferred).
