Job Description

$80,000 - $100,000 + 10% bonus

As a Maintenance Planner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all maintenance activities are properly planned and scheduled to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with maintenance supervisors and technicians to plan and schedule maintenance activities
  • Developing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment
  • Developing and managing a spare parts inventory to minimize downtime
  • Using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to schedule and track maintenance activities
  • Developing and maintaining maintenance schedules and work orders
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as production and engineering, to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt operations
  • Analyzing maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and managing the maintenance budget.

Job Requirements

Must have at least 5 years of maintenance planning experience in a manufacturing environment and a high school diploma or equivalent education.
