Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our food/beverage manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities of our plant, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are maintained and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily maintenance activities of the plant, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and machinery.
• Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
• Train, supervise, and mentor maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their continued growth and development.
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, maintenance schedules, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with production team to ensure smooth operation and minimal disruption to production schedule.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including but not limited to lockout/tag-out, confined space, and electrical safety.
• Communicate regularly with management regarding maintenance issues, scheduling, and equipment performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a maintenance environment required.
• Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
