Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time, Day Shift

Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day maintenance activities in our manufacturing plant. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong electrical background and prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipment in the facility.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and order as necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Degree not required).
• Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong electrical background with experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work the day shift and be on-call for emergencies.
