Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview: The Maintenance Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of maintenance operations. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this position requires strong leadership abilities and prior experience in manufacturing settings. While a 4-year degree is not mandatory, practical experience and demonstrated leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to maintenance plans.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and optimize equipment performance.
• Train and mentor maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Prior experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
