Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager with a background in food or beverage manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Reporting directly to the VP of Manufacturing, the Plant Manager will lead a team of professionals and be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the manufacturing team, ensuring that production goals and targets are met while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production demands effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet or exceed industry and regulatory standards.
• Cost Management: Monitor production costs and work to optimize operational expenses while maintaining quality standards.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop manufacturing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including raw materials and finished goods, to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on production performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant metrics for senior management.
• Supplier and Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure reliable and cost-effective sources of raw materials and services.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration) is required.
• Experience in food manufacturing or a related industry, with a minimum of [X] years in a managerial role.
