Job Title: Production Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of manufacturing and leadership experience. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 supervisors and 75 hourly employees, ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and coordinate the production process, ensuring that production targets are met within budget and on time.
• Lead and motivate a team of 5 supervisors and 75 hourly employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that all staff members work efficiently and effectively.
• Implement and oversee safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that all materials and resources are available to meet production targets.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on production progress and address any issues or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure that all production processes are aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Ensure that all production-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including production reports, quality control records, and maintenance logs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in implementing and overseeing safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and production management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
