The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety and quality standards. This role provides hands-on leadership to production teams in a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met
• Lead, train, and coach production employees to maintain high performance and accountability
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing and workflow as needed to meet demand
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and company policies
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve downtime
• Track production metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement process enhancements
• Maintain accurate production documentation and shift reports
• Enforce housekeeping, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

• Previous supervisory experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment is required
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• 4-year degree is NOT required (relevant experience preferred)
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed 

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Manufacturing facility with exposure to production equipment, temperature variations, and moderate noise
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and extended physical activity during shifts
