Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food or beverage manufacturing, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. A four-year degree is preferred but not required.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Oversee daily quality assurance operations within the manufacturing facility
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance technicians and staff
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement improvements
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and develop corrective action plans
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality assurance activities
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality assurance
  • Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to senior management

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance within the food or beverage manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, HACCP, ISO standards)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
