$90,000 - $125,000 + 10% bonus

As a Maintenance Superintendent in the food or beverage manufacturing industry, your main responsibility is to ensure the effective and efficient maintenance of the plant's equipment and facilities. This is a supervisory role, and you will be in charge of a team of 4 supervisors and 30+ hourly maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standard
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of plant equipment and facilities
• Ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Coordinating with production and other departments to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency
• Ensuring that all maintenance records and documentation are kept up-to-date and accurate
• Providing regular reports to senior management on maintenance activities, including equipment reliability and downtime
• Developing and managing the maintenance budget and ensuring that all expenditures are within budgetary guidelines
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure that the plant has access to the necessary equipment and services to support maintenance activities.

• High School diploma or equivalent education
• At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance role in the food or beverage manufacturing industry
• Experience managing and supervising a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to maintenance activities
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

This is a day shift position, and you will be required to work regular business hours.
