Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to support plant-based initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage and execute engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with operational goals and timelines. This position plays a key role in process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new line installations.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects related to plant-based manufacturing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and quality.
  • Oversee design, procurement, and installation of equipment and systems.
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
  • Support root cause analysis and process improvement efforts.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
  • Comply with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or plant-based production is a plus.
