We are seeking an experienced General Manager with a strong background in the food or beverage manufacturing industry to lead and oversee plant operations. This position will have a Plant Manager reporting directly into the role and will be responsible for managing a facility with approximately 150 non-union employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
• Directly manage and support the Plant Manager, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve productivity, streamline processes, and reduce operational costs.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet company goals and growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and key metrics, including managing the P&L for the plant.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business success and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Foster a positive working environment and manage employee relations, ensuring high engagement and performance.

• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of plant operations with experience managing or closely working with plant management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a plant with 150 non-union employees or similar-sized facilities.
• Strong P&L background, with the ability to analyze and manage financial statements, budgets, and cost control measures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive change, optimize operations, and lead teams to success.
