Job Description

Title: HR Manager (Manufacturing)

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with prior experience in the manufacturing industry. This role entails overseeing all aspects of human resources within our manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment for our employees. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, including diversity, harassment prevention, and safety.
  • Manage performance appraisal process and provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
  • Foster a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Prior experience in HR within the manufacturing industry is required.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Prior management position not required; however, leadership skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
