Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager with proven experience in warehousing, shipping, and receiving across any industry or product type. The ideal candidate is a strong, results-driven leader capable of managing day-to-day logistics operations while optimizing processes and team performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee all logistics operations, including warehousing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of logistics staff to ensure high performance and efficiency.
  • Manage daily shipping and receiving schedules, ensuring timely deliveries and accuracy.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of goods.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain process.
  • Monitor and enforce safety and compliance standards in line with company and industry regulations.
  • Implement and improve operational processes for better efficiency and cost control.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate logistics reports and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in logistics management, warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and operational success.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics management systems and inventory control software is a plus.
