Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a background in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role oversees maintenance personnel and daily operations to ensure equipment and systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
  • Plan, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders and projects.
  • Ensure all machinery, equipment, and systems are maintained to support uninterrupted production.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and GMP standards.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Maintain maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support inventory control of parts and tools required for maintenance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Hands-on experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical production facilities is required.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or automation systems.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Degree not required — equivalent experience strongly valued.
