Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, and team leadership within a manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of all plant equipment and facilities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team to support continuous operations and uptime.
  • Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and parts.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering to support production goals.
  • Develop and manage maintenance budgets and report on KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems.

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment (any manufacturing sector will be considered).
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field is a plus.
