Title: Maintenance Supervisor 

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our day shift with prior manufacturing experience to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the maintenance and reliability of our production equipment and facilities. A degree is not required for this position, but relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and oversee a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with the company's objectives.
• Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance programs for production machinery, utilities, and facilities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize production interruptions and ensure efficient operations.
• Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget, supporting cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an organized spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of necessary components to support maintenance activities and reduce downtime.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety and best practices within the maintenance team.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiency in maintenance operations.
• Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to meet maintenance needs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and work orders.

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field in a manufacturing environment is required.
• A degree is not required, but relevant technical certifications or education are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance software systems.
