Job Description

 

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and systems are maintained in safe, reliable working condition. No degree is required, and candidates with any type of manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team.
  • Schedule and assign preventive maintenance and repair work.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
  • Work with production teams to plan maintenance around operational needs.
  • Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve skills and efficiency.

Work Schedule: 

  • Day Shift, full-time.
  • Occasional overtime as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (any sector considered).
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
