We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience and a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance technicians to support 24/7 manufacturing operations
• Plan and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ensure timely repairs and maintenance of production equipment and facilities
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment maintenance histories
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to optimize equipment uptime and efficiency
• Support capital improvement projects and assist with equipment installations and upgrades
• Manage maintenance inventory and coordinate with vendors for equipment and supplies

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and systems
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call as needed
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
