Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience and a strong background in manufacturing maintenance. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Prior leadership experience in a maintenance and manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus). 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
