Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead our manufacturing operations and supply chain management. The successful candidate will oversee our daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The candidate must have a 4-year degree, a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, and experience with direct store delivery (DSD). Experience in the food/beverage/CPG industry is preferred.

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and supply chain management • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers by managing production schedules, inventory levels, and transportation logistics • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance • Manage a team of operations managers, supervisors, and other personnel to achieve operational goals • Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for the operations department • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to support overall business objectives

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food/beverage/CPG industry • Experience with direct store delivery (DSD) is required • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement • Experience managing budgets and financial forecasts • Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements in manufacturing operations
