As the Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our plant operations.   • Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of 100 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

 

  • Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices in manufacturing processes, leveraging technology to optimize production.

 

  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, setting the standard for a safe and respectful workplace.

 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to align plant operations with company strategy and customer needs.

 

  • Manage and oversee the development of annual budgets, closely monitoring performance to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.

 

  • Proactively engage in talent development, creating opportunities for growth and development within your team.
