Position: Process Engineer 

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer with expertise in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a 4-year degree in a relevant engineering discipline and demonstrate hands-on experience in process engineering. This role will report directly to the Process Engineering Manager and will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste within the manufacturing environment.
• Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support for day-to-day manufacturing operations, troubleshooting process issues, and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to assess process performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to address process-related challenges and implement best practices.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory and safety standards, and actively participate in audits and inspections as required.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and changes, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for operations and maintenance teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of new processes and technologies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in process engineering.
