Job Description

 

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing and a proven ability to lead and develop production teams. You will oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with company standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Monitor equipment, materials, and workforce utilization to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare required reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Industry Background: Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing required.
  • Education: Four-year degree not required; relevant experience will be considered.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or similar quality systems preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
