Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing experience, leadership skills, and a willingness to grow within the organization. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve production or quality issues.

Job Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems, make decisions, and drive results.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or similar process improvement methodologies.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and grow with the company.
