We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for leading production teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires a background in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with proven experience managing people and processes in a regulated environment. A four-year degree is not required; practical leadership experience in the industry is valued. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are manufactured safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and develop production team members, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet business demands.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments to resolve production issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Track and analyze production metrics (efficiency, yield, downtime, waste) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve safety.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, or other applicable regulatory standards for food/beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Promote a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.

• Proven leadership experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (required).
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt, and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
• Four-year degree not required; equivalent work experience and industry knowledge will be considered.
