We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee operations in our live production facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality and efficiency in production processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Production Oversight:

Manage daily operations within the production facility, ensuring processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to achieve business objectives and customer demands.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor a team of up to 7 direct salaried reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development initiatives.

Operational Excellence:

Drive process improvements and lean manufacturing practices to optimize workflow and reduce waste.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards, including safety, quality, and environmental policies.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute production strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust operational plans as needed to achieve targets.

Problem Solving:

Address production challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.

Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement preventative measures.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field (required).

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in food manufacturing or live production management. Proven track record of managing teams and achieving production goals.
