We are seeking a Production Supervisor with a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production team and ensuring that production targets are met in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate must have prior supervision experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and manage the production team to ensure production targets are met
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimize production output
• Ensure that all production processes are performed in accordance with established safety procedures
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures
• Train and develop production team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of production activities
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that materials are available to support production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized production area

• High diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior supervision experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
• Knowledge of production processes and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
