Job Description

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 15 employees, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining production targets, and upholding safety and quality standards. This position reports directly to the Production Manager and plays a key role in driving efficiency and team performance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production/warehouse activities to meet operational goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 employees, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards in line with company policies.
  • Track and report production metrics, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with the Production Manager regarding challenges and solutions.
  • Train employees on best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required (higher education is a plus).
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience required (supervisory experience required).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and quality control.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, production tracking software).
