Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of production processes. A four-year degree is not required—we value proven experience and leadership. 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet daily targets
  • Monitor workflow and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
  • Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, etc.) to resolve production issues
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Knowledge of safety and quality protocols in a production setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical training a plus)
