Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with any type of manufacturing experience who are ready to lead a team and ensure production goals are met efficiently. A 4-year degree is not required, but strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Train, coach, and support team members to maximize productivity and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Inspect work areas, equipment, and production processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate production records and communicate updates to management.
  • Foster a positive team environment by addressing employee concerns and encouraging collaboration

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in any manufacturing environment is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with production processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
  • Experience implementing process improvements or lean manufacturing principles.
  • Basic mechanical or technical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment.
