Position: Project Engineer 

Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified Project Engineer with experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing. The successful candidate will hold a 4-year degree in a relevant engineering discipline and will report directly to the Project Engineering Manager. This role is pivotal in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of engineering projects within our organization. 

Responsibilities: 

• Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective measures to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Timeline Management: Create project timelines, milestones, and schedules. Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Resource Allocation: Work with the Project Engineering Manager to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with engineering teams to address challenges and ensure project success.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent delays and ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and project reports.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in project engineering.

Skills:

Project management skills with a proven ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Proficient in project management software and tools.
