Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with expertise in aseptic environments to lead and oversee quality assurance operations. This role ensures compliance with all regulatory and company standards, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and manage quality assurance programs and operations in an aseptic environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, etc.) and company policies.
  • Develop and implement quality systems, processes, and documentation to ensure product safety and efficacy.
  • Lead and mentor quality assurance teams, including supervisors and managers, to drive performance and accountability.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to maintain quality excellence.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, audits, and reviews for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in [Science, Engineering, or related field] preferred.
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role, with a focus on aseptic processes.
  • Supervisory or management experience in a quality-related field.
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and related software.
