Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Specialist with a passion for food safety and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic, fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and verification of HACCP plans and food safety procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits and support third-party audits, helping drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support daily quality operations, including product testing, documentation review, and process monitoring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D, and corporate quality teams to promote a culture of quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a quality role within food or beverage manufacturing.
  • HACCP certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GMPs, food safety regulations, and quality systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
