We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of products and processes in a food or beverage manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have a 4-year degree, at least 1 year of experience in a quality role, prior leadership experience, and a strong background in food or beverage manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of products, processes, and facilities to identify and address any quality issues or non-conformities.
• Analyze data and report on quality performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and supervise quality team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Monitor and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
• Stay current with industry regulations and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality role, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing.
• Prior leadership experience, with proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
