Reports to: Regional Director

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Regional Controls Engineer to support our regional operations. This position involves limited travel and is ideal for someone with expertise in PLC programming and a background in manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems across various sites, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, program, and troubleshoot PLCs and other control systems to meet operational standards.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and resolve process issues.
  • Ensure control systems comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system schematics, program files, and training materials.
  • Perform diagnostics and provide technical support to regional facilities as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with PLC programming.
  • Any manufacturing experience is valued and considered.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

       Travel: Limited to roughly 25%
