Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager. The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety within the manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing best practices to maintain a safe working environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide safety training to employees on topics such as proper equipment usage, hazardous materials handling, and emergency procedures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain safety records and documentation required by regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with department managers to integrate safety into daily operations and decision-making processes.
• Stay informed about changes in safety regulations and industry best practices, and ensure compliance.
• Lead safety committees and meetings to engage employees in safety initiatives and address concerns.
• Manage safety-related budgets and resources effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 3 years in a safety-related role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
