The Wastewater Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant or facility. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of wastewater experience and wastewater certifications, with a preference for candidates with a four-year degree.

• Supervise the operations and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant or facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and control the flow of wastewater, sewage, and industrial effluent through the treatment process.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as pumps, valves, tanks, and control panels.
• Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Collect and analyze samples of wastewater, sewage, and industrial effluent to ensure compliance with discharge standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime of equipment.
• Manage a team of wastewater operators and technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that all operational goals are met.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and engineering, to ensure that all aspects of the wastewater treatment process are functioning efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the treatment process, regulatory compliance, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve treatment efficiency and reduce waste

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a wastewater treatment plant or facility.
• Wastewater certifications required, such as a Class I, II, or III wastewater treatment operator certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and technologies.
